Citrus-Soy Tender Steak Salad

Elise stayed the night at my parent's house last night, so TM
and I indulged in the chance to at a quiet dinner for two.
We had a couple of nicely marbled steaks which we cooked on
the BBQ. I made a simple salad with lettuce, tomato and salad onions
which I marinated lightly in olive oil, vinegar and soy.
We then put the sliced steak on top of the salad and added a citrus soy
topping, which went down very nicely with steamed rice.
